Legal affairs and unit contracting

The Legal and unit contracting Unit is responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts, agreements and standard legal documents involving CNRS Physics, at both national and international levels. It implements legal procedures in collaboration with the various divisions of CNRS Physics, the regional offices and the organisation’s functional departments. It provides legal advice and monitors legal developments on behalf of CNRS Physics (contract law, intellectual property law, international and European law, etc.).
