Tribute to the physicist Mehdi Zeghal

CNRS Physics was saddened to learn of the passing of Mehdi Zeghal, a faculty member at Paris-Saclay University in the Laboratoire de Physique des Solides (LPS). He completed his doctoral thesis at this laboratory and subsequently joined the staff in 1999 following a postdoctoral fellowship at the Laboratoire Léon Brillouin (LLB).
