Gravitation and radiation : news from the edge
Scientific news
Researchers show that the behavior of mass and rotation in a gravitational system can be understood simply from symmetries present at the “edge” of spacetime. This supports the idea that gravity in space can be described by a theory defined on a surface, much like a hologram. Gravitational waves are then seen as vibrations that carry information to this surface.
